You check for the passthrough, but seems not implement passthrough logic?
I think you can either implement passthrough logic, or totally remove the passthrough code.
I am not sure the passthrough code in transpose_opencl could give you some help.
I am not familiar with cuda, so I don't have comment on cuda code.
